Review of Turbulence Training Workout Plan

We were as excited as everyone when Craig Ballantyne from Fitness Magazine came out with his own workout program.  He is a fitness consultant for the magazine, respected in the fitness world, and his Turbulence Training plan was popular right out of the gate.  We wanted to know if it lives up to the hype, so we decided to examine the program at length.

Turbulence Training is unlike other programs because it focuses on shorter workouts while offering strong results.  Power workouts are the key to the program, which leads to body toning.  The workouts are designed in a way that allows them to be shorter while still being effective.  In fact, the program only makes people work out for three days each week.

It was designed with power sports in mind.  The workouts offer the same benefits as power sports.  By using the idea of power sports in the workout, users are able to have the benefits of sports, as well as the entertainment. People who follow the program can lose weight in a safe way because it does not overwork users.

We found lots of people who had taken part in the program.  We were also able to find a wide variety of people who had successfully used the program.  In fact, we found most people were able to lose weight and gain muscle if they followed the plan as recommended.

Out of those we looked at, the plan had the biggest success in eliminating excess stomach fat.  In addition, the program is designed for males and females.  They can gain as little or as much muscle as they want with the program.
